AI Colleague in Communications Department

The Communications Wingman is an AI assistant that supports communications and marketing teams in creating, aligning, and managing all types of content – based on your organization’s internal knowledge, strategy, and key messaging.

Knows Strategy, Key Messaging etc.
The Wingman uses your organization’s internal knowledge, which is gathered and structured during the consulting and implementation phase. This ensures that all content and outputs are aligned with your company’s strategy and key messages.

Creates Concept to Content
The assistant can help you create any type of content needed in a communications department, such as press releases, campaign briefs, social media posts, internal newsletters, and more. You can discuss ideas, develop concepts, outline plans, and generate drafts directly in the chat interface.

Aligns and Finalizes Contents
A central feature of the Communications Wingman is its integrated “Tasks” function. You can turn any chat conversation result (e.g. Press Release Draft) into a task and assign it to a colleague for input, review, or approval. Each task includes:

  • Email notification to the assignee with a direct link to the relevant chat and asset.
  • An interactive canvas tool for reviewing and editing content directly.
  • A dedicated chat thread for discussion and feedback.

Approval Workflow:
The assistant tracks the status of each task. When a reviewer approves an asset (e.g., a social media post), the status is automatically updated to “approved.” The original creator is notified and can see the approved content, including any edits and feedback, in a new chat thread.

Typical Workflow Example

  1. A communicator creates a draft social media post for a product launch.
  2. The communicator assigns the task to their manager, requesting feedback.
  3. The manager receives an email notification with a link to the chat and asset.
  4. The manager reviews and edits the asset in the canvas tool, and provides feedback in the chat.
  5. The assistant detects approval and updates the task status to “approved.”
  6. The communicator receives a notification and can review the approved asset and feedback.
